APPLICATION: PROJECT COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a project coordinator that can direct, communicate, and ensure the team stays on track. The project coordinator will report to the Project Manager and General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, and production work. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members and will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing various scopes of work.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the length of the project
- Communicate plans, actions, and possible issues with ongoing projects
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyze project data and produce progress reports
