JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and facilitating the smooth execution of sales activities within an organization. This role involves providing administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring effective communication between internal departments, customers, and sales representatives. The Sales Coordinator contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function by managing various tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation.
- Manage and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process sales orders, review order details for accuracy, and coordinate with various internal departments for order fulfillment.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to sales management regarding sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission to customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information, coordinate sales initiatives, and provide support for marketing campaigns, promotions, or events.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support sales forecasting and planning activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing guidance on sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
